About the service
What is it and how does it work?
The OPF (Otto Particulate Filter) or GPF (Gasoline Particulate Filter) is a filter introduced with the latest Euro 6 standards to reduce particulate emissions, especially on direct-injection petrol engines. Like the DPF on diesels, it traps soot and cleans itself through regeneration under certain conditions. The back pressure it adds to the exhaust and its sound-damping design are often unwanted in performance- and sound-focused projects.
OPF delete software disables the OPF monitoring functions, differential pressure sensor checks, regeneration strategies and related fault codes in the ECU. This lets the engine run fault-free with an OPF-less downpipe or exhaust system. On track cars it is usually applied together with Stage 2 and exhaust projects.
An OPF/GPF delete changes exhaust emission values; it is only for track / motorsport and closed-course use and may cause problems at the TÜVTÜRK inspection. The original software is kept and can be restored on request.

How do I know if my car has an OPF?
An OPF is usually found on direct-injection petrol cars built from 2018 onwards. We confirm it using the chassis number (VIN) or ECU data; just send us your car’s details on WhatsApp.
Does an OPF delete change the sound?
Yes, an OPF noticeably muffles the exhaust sound. With an OPF-free system, the sound usually becomes deeper and livelier. However, this setup is for track / motorsport use only.
