This policy explains which cookies are used when you visit our website, what they are used for and how long they are kept. Our site does not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and there are no optional cookies that require your consent.
What is a cookie?
Cookies are small text files that a website you visit saves in your browser; they are used to keep the site running securely, remember your preferences or display third-party content. Cookies placed by the site operator are called first-party cookies, and those placed by another service provider are called third-party cookies. Cookies deleted when the browser is closed are session cookies, and those kept for a set period are persistent cookies.
Information obtained through cookies counts as personal data to the extent that it can identify you, and is processed in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK). General information about your personal data can be found in the KVKK Privacy Notice.
Cookies we use and their legal basis
Strictly necessary cookies. These are needed for the site to work securely, for us to receive the requests you send through forms, for the shopping cart and online ordering to work and for you to sign in to your customer account. These cookies maintain your session and form security (a security token against forged form submissions, verification of when the form was opened, limiting repeated submissions in a short time, showing the form result on the next page), keep you signed in when you sign in to your account, remember the products in your cart and remember that you have seen the cookie notice. The session cookie (lts_sid) is created when you use the contact, appointment or order form, the cart or the account pages, and is deleted when you close your browser; it is not created if you only browse the pages without using these features. The “Remember me” cookie (lts_rm) is created only if you tick the “Remember me” box when signing in; it keeps you signed in for 30 days, even if you close and reopen your browser, and is deleted when you sign out. If you do not tick the box, this cookie is not used. Strictly necessary cookies are used without your explicit consent, on the legal bases of KVKK Art. 5/2-c (entering into and performing a contract; for the “Remember me” cookie, providing a service you have expressly requested), Art. 5/2-ç (our legal obligations, including our duty to inform) and Art. 5/2-f (our legitimate interest in information security). You cannot switch these cookies off on the site; if you block them in your browser, forms, the cart, ordering and signing in to your account may not work.
Third-party content and cookies. Our site contains no embedded maps, videos or social media content; therefore no third-party cookies are placed on our pages and there is no content that requires your consent. When you click “Open in Google Maps”, WhatsApp or Instagram links, you go to that service’s website, where that service’s own cookie and privacy policies apply.
Fonts. Our site’s fonts are served from our own server; no connection is made to third-party servers for fonts.
Cookies we do not use. Our site does not use analytics, performance measurement, advertising, targeting or social media tracking cookies. If we decide to use any such cookie, we will update this policy; such cookies will not be activated without your explicit consent.
Cookie-free visit statistics. We measure how many people use our site and how on our own server, without using cookies and without storing anything on your device; this information is not shared with third parties. Details: KVKK Privacy Notice.

Cookie notice
Since our site has no optional cookies or third-party content that require your consent, only a short cookie notice is shown at the bottom of the page on your first visit. When you click “Got it”, the fact that you have seen the notice is saved in the lts_consent cookie and the banner is not shown again for 180 days.
If we later add a cookie or content that depends on your consent (e.g. an embedded map), we will update this policy; that content will not load unless you allow it, and your preference will be asked again in the cookie banner.
Controlling cookies in your browser settings
You can also manage cookies in your browser settings. Most browsers let you block all cookies or only third-party cookies, delete existing cookies and receive a warning when a new cookie is placed:

Menu names may vary depending on your browser version.
