Legal basis: KVKK Art. 5/2-c (being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract); and, to prevent abuse, Art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest). Your explicit consent is therefore not required, and your data is not used for marketing purposes.
Your data may be shared with the providers of our hosting and e-mail services (as data processors; their servers may be located abroad) and, where necessary, with our accountant, our lawyer and authorized public authorities. If you choose to be contacted via WhatsApp, your phone number and our messages are transferred to WhatsApp LLC (Meta group, USA); if you choose phone or e-mail, WhatsApp is not used. For security purposes, the submission time, a shortened IP address, browser information and the page from which the form was submitted are also recorded; to limit repeated submissions, a one-way hash of your IP address is kept for no more than 24 hours. Form records are automatically deleted after 2 years; if your request leads to a service, the relevant information is kept in the work order records.
